Abstract: This essay explores an interrelationship between gender diversity and digital environments, highlights its transformative potential in the creation of digital spaces and content with the aim of projecting a voice for the promotion of inclusion and visibility, as well as highlights the opportunities to talk about the LGBT+ community and exposes the challenges they face due to algorithmic biases. In an objective or scientific way, the role of digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is analyzed in their role as tools that amplify diverse voices, the impact of inclusive content marketing to challenge traditional narratives and the ethical implications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the personalization and dissemination of content. Significant challenges that are experienced in reality and are reflected in the digital world are also mentioned, such as cultural resistance and the lack of inclusive policies that are presented as barriers that make it difficult to achieve equity within information and communication technology. The findings suggest that overcoming these barriers will require collaborative efforts between platforms, governments and brands to foster authentic, effective and accessible representation, and thus, it will be possible to build a digital space that not only makes visible, but also respects and celebrates human diversity.
