The internal work rules, as long as it does not affect the minimum rights of the worker, is an indispensable tool to resolve the conflicts that come to present within the company, and is so important that if it did not exist, it would be very difficult to punish a worker For some improper act, since there would be no normative or regulatory support that protects a sanction decision.
