    Resumen : It is up to me as a student of the Business Administration career at the University of Pamplona to apply the acquired knowledge not only in a theoretical way, but also in a practical way and one way to do it is through the execution of an internship in an entity Territorial as it is municipal mayor of Margarita Bolivar. When conducting a Diagnosis of the Margarita Mayoralty territorial entity object of study, I have started my practice in the secretary of the interior and social affairs, where according to the functions of this secretary have encountered a series of problems, from here has arisen a Improvement proposal which consists of the development and implementation of an internal work regulation. 7 This internal regulation of work will be carried out because the mayor does not have a regulation for the civil servants, in addition it looks for to give a solution to the problems that are coming up within the mayor's office. The internal work rules, as long as it does not affect the minimum rights of the worker, is an indispensable tool to resolve the conflicts that come to present within the company, and is so important that if it did not exist, it would be very difficult to punish a worker For some improper act, since there would be no normative or regulatory support that protects a sanction decision. In addition, the regulation is responsible for contemplating those aspects not expressly contemplated by the law, or that have simply been left to the free will of the parties. The development and implementation of the internal regulation of work will be carried out within my period of practices of 4 months, where a series of meetings will be held to know the points of view by the mayor and the workers of the mayoralty with the aim To reach the key aspects that must be reflected in the internal work regulations for its subsequent implementation. With the realization of the business practice and the application of the improvement proposal developed during the internship period, an effort will be made to improve the functioning of the city hall, as well as provide a quality care service to the inhabitants of the municipality. Mayor can achieve efficiency, efficiency of a good management of the municipal administration of margarita bolívar.
