Prácticas empresariales como Auxiliar del Residente de obra en el proyecto mantenimiento y mejoramientos de vías rurales en el corredor la Loma – Humala – Banco del municipio de Cerrito Santander.

Abstract

The development of this internship was carried out in the La loma-Humala-Banco corridor corridor of the municipality of Cerrito Santander for a period of 4 months, in the company Ortik S.A.S, during this time the construction of tread plates and sewers was carried out, where the student tested the knowledge acquired during academic training. The construction of 200 linear meters of track plate was executed, complying with INVIAS regulations in the chapter on track plate construction, as a starting point the road section was marked, starting the profiling and excavation of the road, proceed to prepare the ground with a granular subbase 15 centimeters thick, which is stipulated by the standard, then proceed with the construction processes for the footprint plate, such as the excavation of the braces, the reinforcement of the steel, the formwork of the footprints etc. Two culverts were also built, where their designs were copied from the rural Colombia booklet in the culverts chapter, in the first instance the setting out and stripping of the place to build the culverts was carried out, then the excavation, the figuration of the steel, formwork of the sewers, cast and its stripping. It should be noted that within the practices the student achieved various knowledge such as the relationship with the workers, in addition to knowledge provided by the different professionals who participated in the execution of the project, both in the administrative part and in the construction part, also allowed the student to know in an accentuated way all the construction processes used.
