Práctica empresarial como auxiliar de residente supervisor en la construcción de las oficinas de Bienestar Universitario del Campus Principal de la Universidad de Pamplona.

Abstract

In the present degree work, the performance of the business practice in the construction of the university welfare offices of the main campus of the University of Pamplona is evidenced, in which it was carried out through the development of activities as a construction supervisor, verifying the correct execution of the construction activities according to the parameters in the project design, taking control of the work schedule by calculating the amounts executed in each fortnightly cut, as well as compliance with construction and safety regulations in all construction processes , taught in the Colombian Technical Standard (NTC), the Colombian Seismic Resistant Construction Regulation (NSR-10), the Technical Regulation of the Potable Water and Basic Sanitation Sector (RAS), Resolution 0312 of 2019 minimum standards of the Management System Safety and Health at work. This internship was carried out with the objective of supporting as a resident supervisor according to the bases and knowledge acquired throughout the academic training, in this way knowing how to function in the field in the face of any unforeseen event, having the ability to analyze identifying the problem presented and choosing to propose solutions, from the perspective of supervision, as well as collaborating with the construction resident as much as possible.
