Abstract

This project will be carried out at the University of Pamplona, municipality of Pamplona Norte de Santander, in the construction of "A NEW BLOCK FOR UNIVERSITY WELFARE" as an assistant to the supervising engineer of the work, this will be the basis for expanding the quality of the physical part of the university providing benefits to students as well as teachers and administrators. With the aforementioned, it can be said that this project has the purpose of exposing the knowledge acquired during the training process and translating it into the methodology and the development of activities such as; verify the schedule, quantities and budget of the work, monitor the construction activities and processes, control the safety standards in the work, determine the critical tasks to be carried out by supervising the quality of the materials, labor, calculations, analysis and comparison of the project yields with the standard yields of construction prices, as well as for proposing solutions to the different technical, administrative and economic problems and difficulties that arise during the development of the project, in order to meet the proposed objectives. in business practice.
