    dc.descriptionEl trabajo que presento a continuación realizado bajo la modalidad de diplomado, presenta una propuesta de construcción alternativa más sustentable y que pretende solucionar los problemas habitacionales, de la ciudad de Cúcuta con un déficit de 36 mil viviendas, esta falta de vivienda crea zonas marginales las cuales conocemos popularmente como invasiones, una de estas zonas es mi campo de estudio el barrio la Fortaleza al occidente de la ciudad, en este barrio nos encontramos una serie de problemas sociales, económicos y constructivos, por un lado los índices cualitativos de las viviendas, que generan problemas de un desarrollo humano adecuado, y por otro lado el cuantitativo el cual cada vez más personas llegan al lugar para tener su predio y conseguir así su vivienda con estas dos premisas, se permite analizar alternativas constructivas de vivienda que puedan solucionar dicha demanda, con la arquitectura en tierra un punto fuerte en sustentabilidad nos damos a la tarea de tomar estudios de suelo para saber las condiciones de este para la realización de vivienda con la propia tierra del sitio, y presentar a las comunidades dichas alternativas de construcción para que estas puedan realizar su vivienda.es_CO
    dc.description.abstractThe work that I present below, carried out under the diploma modality, presents a proposal for a more sustainable alternative construction and that aims to solve the housing problems of the city of Cúcuta with a deficit of 36 thousand houses, this lack of housing creates marginal areas which we popularly know as invasions, one of these areas is my field of study, the Fortaleza neighborhood to the west of the city, in this neighborhood we find a series of social, economic and construction problems, on the one hand the qualitative indexes of the houses, that generate problems of adequate human development, and on the other hand the quantitative one which more and more people come to the place to have their property and thus get their home with these two premises, it is allowed to analyze housing construction alternatives that can solve said demand , with architecture on land a strong point in sustainability we give ourselves the task of taking studies soil god to know the conditions of this for the realization of housing with the own land of the site, and present to the communities said construction alternatives so that they can make their housing.es_CO
