Abstract: | This work seeks to generate a proposal for improvement in the organization Mónica Jaimes aesthetic medical that provides medical and aesthetic services of a non-invasive nature with the use of high quality laser technology, located in the city of Cúcuta have more than 10 years of experience and account with a work team specialized in these processes, which when carrying out the diagnosis of the external and internal aspects, the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats that affect the daily activities of the organization were identified. Specifically, it is proposed to design the implementation of the human resources area that includes in its specific objectives the design of its processes and formats necessary for its execution, for the realization of the proposal the guiding topic are the five subsystems of the human resources area, which They are subdivided by activities in each area, processes, and formats, respectively in each system. which make it easier to carry out activities related to personnel management, control, and monitoring, initially the theories that support the subject and its content are investigated, identifying the author Idalberto Chiavenato with his book, administration of human resources, ninth edition. To generate better results, increased control, and internal communication in the daily activities of the employees, this proposal generates advantages for the company in terms of human management and its form of coordination, it is important to generate spaces and guarantees in the work team its implementation achieving continuous improvement in spaces of recruitment, selection, organization, training, monitoring and control. |
