Abstract

The realization of the institutional practice, aims to identify the theoretical, conceptual, trend and key regulatory aspects, associated with the multipurpose cadastre, analyzing the characteristics of the context, and those projects that are in execution, as well as the requirements for the provision of the service requested as support in the cadastre area, these according to the regulatory requirements for the rural and urban area of the municipality, executed from the planning secretariat and infrastructure of the Mayor's Office in the municipality of Puerto Carreño, Vichada. For the development of this practice, the mixed approach was considered, this refers to the use of two approaches; the first on is the qualitative method oriented on descriptive and observable data; seeking to comply with the cadastral function by completing those activities that do not comply with the regulations. On the other hand we have the quantitative method with which data is used to collect the necessary information for the respective appraisals and adjudication processes, and thus have a base of the necessary information for each process and achieve a permanent update, obtaining from This business practice complies with the activities, such as the realization of the adjudication processes, projection of observations and liquidations of the construction and subdivision licenses, and the edition of cartographic plans. It’s necessary to collect and update cadastral information to have an analysis of weaknesses and strengths that the territory presents, thus achieving that the key planning instruments for the municipality can be projected, with a positive impact in relation to decisions on the environment of their region, which impact the quality of life of citizens.
