Practica Empresarial Como Auxiliar Residente De Obra Para La Supervision Y Seguimiento De La Construccion Del Nuevo Hospital Del Municipio De Toledo, Norte De Santander

Abstract

Business practice project, in which as a student at the University of Pamplona the knowledge acquired has been put at the service of the community to support the planning office in the control, supervision and technical monitoring during the execution of the infrastructure project " New Hospital of Toledo ”, which is located in the urban area of the municipality of Toledo Norte de Santander. In this project, as a works residence assistant, it was arranged for the activities that the profession demanded, such as keeping a log, taking photographs that serve as evidence of how the construction processes were executed, the monitoring of the schedule was carried out to inform if the established times were met, he was always attentive to compliance with the rules that govern each area of construction that is intervened, as well as the workers' safety regulations, in the same way the knowledge in calculation of quantities of work, analysis of unit prices, design and control of mixtures, management of work personnel and make technical engineering contributions during field work in the execution of the retaining wall and the project, in general. With the participation in this work, the expectations of the municipal planning office as a construction professional were fulfilled, in the same way the name of the University of Pamplona is raised as a creator of upright, capable and common sense professionals, for On the other hand, they were always attentive to learning and staying at the forefront in the construction sector.
