Resumen : The Municipal Mayor's Office of Cucutilla, as a public entity and the state of the executive branch, which fulfills various functions such as helping to strengthen the internal control systems that are responsible for regulating the operation of its dependencies and processes; serve and guide citizens as appropriate to help them carry out any procedure or process they need as efficiently as possible; guarantee inhabitants access to services that improve their quality of life. It already has a management system in the process of maturing, certified and with important advances in the cultural component framed in the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, it is also in the process of implementing the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard, and the Integrated Planning and Management Model; but it is important to Design the Integrated Management System in accordance with the NTC-ISO 9001:2015 and NTC-ISO 45001:2018 standards and the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG). All of the above allowed us to develop a diagnosis of the current situation of the Cucutilla Municipal Mayor's Office with respect to compliance with the requirements established in the standards and model through an observation format where the failures are observed at a glance, a SWOT matrix to determine which are the internal and external factors that affect or benefit the mayor's office; and also to update the documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS), the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) and the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG) regarding the mission process. With these results, we proceeded to design the Integrated Management System (SIG) that includes the standards and model mentioned above; and thus have an action plan regarding the design of the SIG in each of the stages. Descripción : La Alcaldía Municipal de Cucutilla, como entidad pública y del estado de la rama ejecutiva la cual cumple diversas funciones como ayudar a fortalecer los sistemas de control internos que se encargan de la regulación del funcionamiento de sus dependencias y procesos; atender y orientar a los ciudadanos según corresponda para ayudarlos a llevar a cabo cualquier trámite o proceso que necesiten con la mayor eficiencia posible; garantizar a los habitantes el acceso a los servicios que mejoren su calidad de vida. Resumen : Alluvial gold mining is an activity that takes place in several regions of the country, especially in areas with mining potential. The great challenge that has been worked on over time in this sector is to reduce this activity in an informal or illegal way, since these do not have the required measures to prevent environmental impacts and risks to the health and safety of workers. The objective of this work is to design an integrated management system based on ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 for the organization Inversiones Mineras la Clarita, a company dedicated to the extraction and processing of alluvial gold. For the above, a methodology is developed under the concept of the PHVA cycle, Plan, Do, Check and Act. Starting with the diagnosis of the internal and external context of the organization, verifying compliance with the requirements of the aforementioned standards, and thus establishing the structure of the integrated management system, under the guidelines of each standard. Finally, the activities of the extraction and production process of the La Mulata unit were documented. With the design of the integrated management system, the management of the organization is oriented and strengthened, aimed at directing, articulating and aligning together the legal requirements in force for this sector that guarantees efficiency, efficacy, transparency, effectiveness and optimization of resources in the company. Descripción : La minería aurífera aluvial es una actividad que se desarrolla en varias regiones del país, sobre todo en las zonas de potencial minero. El gran reto en el que se ha trabajado a lo largo del tiempo en este sector es disminuir esta actividad de forma informal o ilegal ya que estas no cuentan con las medidas requeridas para prevenir los impactos ambientales y riesgos en cuanto la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores. El objetivo del presente trabajo es diseñar un sistema integrado de gestión basado en las normas ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 45001: 2018 para la organización Inversiones mineras la clarita, una empresa dedicada a la extracción y beneficio de oro aluvial. Para lo anterior, se desarrolla una metodología bajo el concepto del ciclo PHVA, Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar. Iniciando con el diagnóstico del contexto interno y externo de la organización, verificando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de las normas anteriormente mencionadas, y logrando de esta manera establecer la estructura del sistema integrado de gestión, bajo los lineamientos de cada norma. Resumen : In this research an Integrated Management System (IMS) was designed under the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) ISO 9001:2015 Quality System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. According to its mission and services, the company was Diagnostic and Repair Automotive Center RAN -CARS S.A.S, it is located in Pamplona – Norte de Santander. Firstly, it was identified that the company have not had standardized processes, protocols, guidelines, requirements, or specific formats that are part of an IMS under the ISO standards. To start the development of the proposal, an external and internal diagnosis of the current state of the company was made based on the requirements of the IMS under the standards of ISO. The information was gathered through an interview, the application of a checklist, observations and a direct contact with the company. Additionally, the SWOT matrix and the Cause-and-Effect diagram were applied, in order to obtain a broad perspective of the internal functioning of RAN – CARS S.A, and in this way focus the IMS to the specific needs of the company. Subsequently, the planning of the structure of the IMS was designed under the ISO standards initially mentioned, in order to balance the corresponding actions to the design; also, to classify, identify and characterize the process of this study according to the concurrence degree in the company with the subsequent activities, and thus, a clear vision of the process was obtained. Finally, the documentation of the requirements, protocols and procedures necessary for ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards was done. In this way the Integrated Management System for RAN – CARS S.A.S. was carried out. Descripción : Con la presente investigación se realizó el diseño de un SIG (Sistema Integrado de Gestión) bajo los requisitos de las normas ISO (International Organization for Standardization) ISO 9001:2015 sistema de calidad e ISO 45001:2018 sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, enfocadas en el proceso misional de prestación de servicios “Mantenimiento y reparación automotriz” para la empresa denominada Centro de Diagnóstico y Reparación Automotriz RAN – CARS S.A.S, ubicada en Pamplona Norte de Santander, allí inicialmente se identifica que la organización no cuenta con procesos estandarizados, protocolos, lineamientos, requisitos, ni formatos específicos que forman parte de un SIG bajo las normas ISO inicialmente mencionadas dentro de su proceso misional. Para dar inicio al desarrollo de la propuesta se realizó un diagnóstico a nivel externo e interno del estado actual de la organización frente a los requisitos del SIG bajo las normas ISO mencionadas, la información se recopiló por medio de una entrevista, la aplicación de una lista de chequeo, observaciones y acercamiento con la entidad, adicionalmente, se aplicó la matriz DOFA y el diagrama Causa y Efecto, con el fin de obtener una perspectiva amplia sobre el funcionamiento interno de la organización, y poder enfocar el Sistema Integrado de Gestión a las necesidades específicas de la organización previamente identificadas. Resumen : This project presents a proposal for the design of an integrated management system in Occupational Health and Safety and Quality for the Escuela Normal Superior Francisco de Paula Santander. The institution wants to face the challenges and demands of the new society through the establishment, implementation and maintenance of agile, reliable and articulating management systems of its processes with the institutional performance and compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure the quality of educational services offered, risk management and the welfare of its employees and value groups. In this sense, the project took as technical normative referents the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and as legal referents, the decree 1072 of 2015, which allowed identifying, recognizing and assessing the risks that may affect organizational sustainability and sustainability. The design of the proposed integrated management system was executed in three phases in accordance with the plan, do, check, act - PHVA cycle. In phase 1, activities were carried out to analyze the organizational context from which the diagnosis was obtained; phase 2 activities were aimed at determining the structure of the integrated management system under the criteria of the technical and legal normative references. In phase 3, the interaction of the academic management mission process was determined, making it possible to define the effectiveness of its interactions when integrating the quality and occupational health and safety systems. Based on the results of the previous phases, the main conclusions of each objective of the degree work are determined and recommendations are formulated to initiate the implementation of the integrated management system. Descripción : En este proyecto, se presenta una propuesta para el diseño del sistema integrado de gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y Calidad para la Escuela Normal Superior Francisco de Paula Santander. La institución, quiere enfrentar los desafíos y exigencias de la nueva sociedad mediante el establecimiento, implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas gerenciales ágiles, confiables y articuladores de sus procesos con el desempeño institucional y el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos que garanticen la calidad de los servicios educativos que ofrece, la gestión de los riesgos y el bienestar integral de sus colaboradores y grupos de valor. En tal sentido, el proyecto tomó como referentes normativos técnicos los estándares ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018 y como referentes legales, el decreto 1072 de 2015, lo cual permitió identificar, reconocer y valorar los riesgos que pueden afectar la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad organizacional. El diseño del sistema integrado de gestión propuesto se ejecutó en tres fases en concordancia con el ciclo planear, hacer, verificar, actuar - PHVA. En la fase 1 se realizaron actividades tendientes al análisis del contexto organizacional del cual se obtuvo el diagnóstico; las actividades de la fase 2 se encaminaron a determinar la estructura del sistema integrado de gestión bajo los criterios de los referentes normativos técnicos y legales.
