Resumen : The realization of the professional practice, has as main objective, the support and
development of the activities carried out in the program of titling of fiscal properties
of the housing secretary of the municipality of Cúcuta. Said program has as main
intervention object the areas with the highest index and agglutination of informal
housing in the urban territory of Cúcuta and is directed mainly at the most
economically vulnerable population group in order to drastically reduce the
quantitative and qualitative housing deficit presented in the town. The processes are
supported by strategic line 5, housing component, presented in the objectives of the
PDM ''Cúcuta 2050, strategy for all.'' Activities are established that are carried out
jointly with the work team and directly related to with the people subject to
intervention, where once it is verified that they meet the respective requirements,
they will be given free ownership of legal land, contributing to the social and
economic development of the municipality.
Descripción : La realización de la práctica profesional, tiene como objetivo principal, el apoyo y desarrollo
de las actividades realizadas en el programa de titulación de predios fiscales de la secretaría
de vivienda del municipio de Cúcuta. Dicho programa tiene como objeto de intervención
principal las zonas con mayor índice y aglutinamiento de vivienda informal en el territorio
urbano de Cúcuta y va dirigido mayormente al grupo poblacional más vulnerable
económicamente hablando con el fin de reducir drásticamente el déficit cuantitativo y
cualitativo de vivienda presentado en el municipio. Los procesos se encuentran apoyados
en la línea estratégica 5, componente de vivienda, presentados en los objetivos del PDM
‘’Cúcuta 2050, estrategia para todos.’’ Se establecen actividades que son llevadas a cabo
en conjunto con el equipo de trabajo y directamente relacionado con las personas objeto de
intervención, en donde una vez se verifique que cumplan con los respectivos requisitos les
será entregado de manera gratuita la propiedad de terreno legal, contribuyendo al desarrollo

Resumen : The following investigation focuses on finding a decent housing module that fits not only to the economic guidelines of a country or certain extension of territory, but also pays attention to the way of life of a specific population group. And its particularities when inhabiting and being an active and transforming part of a space as unique as the informal settlement of the fortress.
Once the specific character of the population under study and the particularity of its location within the landscape have been understood, we proceed to analyze each of the factors and natural elements present in the intervention area, from this point and fully understood. all the benefits and hardships of the context element, we proceed to study and analyze the population taxonomy of the settlement, taking into account that the place has been erected over time from the convergence of different demographic groups affected either by the armed conflict in the rural areas of the country or due to the economic phenomenon of the neighboring country, along with this and in order to apprehend the housing functioning of the informal settlement, the different constructive systems of informality are studied, structures that, although they do not comply with the guidelines, opinions and sizing of Colombian regulations function as a safeguard structure against the imminence of The climate and how strong both the winter seasons and the ultra-dry summers in the area in question can be. To finally proceed to define the design with all the information of the context and its population available, focusing especially on the "modus vivendi" of the inhabitants of the specific place.
Descripción : La siguiente investigación se enfoca en buscar un módulo de vivienda digno que se acople no solo a los lineamientos económicos de un país o extensión de territorio determinada, sino que a su vez presta atención a la forma de vida de un grupo poblacional en específico y sus particularidades a la hora de habitar y ser parte activa y transformadora de un espacio tan singular como lo es el asentamiento informal de la fortaleza.
Una vez comprendido el carácter específico de la población objeto del estudio y la particularidad de su localización dentro del paisaje, se procede a analizar cada uno de los factores y elementos naturales presentes en la zona de intervención, a partir de este punto y comprendido a cabalidad todas las bondades y penurias del elemento contexto se procede a estudiar y analizar la taxonomía poblacional del asentamiento, teniendo en cuenta que el lugar se ha erigido en el tiempo a partir de la convergencia de distintos grupos demográficos afectados ya sea por el conflicto armado en las zonas rurales del país o por el fenómeno económico del país vecino, junto con esto y en pro de aprehender el funcionamiento habitacional del asentamiento informal se estudian los diferentes sistemas constructivos de la informalidad, estructuras que si bien no cumplen con los lineamientos, dictámenes y dimensionamientos de la normativa Colombiana funcionan como estructura de resguardo ante las inminencias del clima y lo fuertes que pueden ser tanto las temporadas invernales como los veranos ultra secos que posee la zona en cuestión. Resumen : This degree project carries out the analysis of the place, based on the problems of public spaces
evidenced in the San Francisco neighborhood, located in the municipality of Los Patios Norte de
Santander. This place lacks spaces that promote the identity of the sector by fostering relationships
between the inhabitants and their environment, this project aims to structure the public space through
an urban landscape project, designing a linear park through environmental, cultural components and
needs of the inhabitants.
The project is based on the concept of branching, which is based on solving the lack of public space. The
methodology applied is based on three stages; the first consists of the analysis of the sector in three
scales, area of study, area of intervention and area of influence. The second stage is a tracking of
references and regulations in relation to public space. The third stage is the identification of strategies
for the design of the linear park, and as a last stage the design of the linear park in the area of
intervention.
This project takes the recovery of urban space as the opportunity to generate public space from an
intervention strategy, the proposal focuses on the design of the linear park, to potentiate, improve and
revitalize the San Francisco sector and thus improve the environmental, social and cultural environment.
Descripción : El presente diseño de proyección de grado realiza el análisis del lugar, a partir de las problemáticas de
espacios públicos evidenciados en el barrio San Francisco, ubicado en el municipio de los Patios Norte de
Santander. Este lugar carece de espacios que promuevan la identidad del sector fomentando relaciones
entre los habitantes y su entorno, este proyecto tiene como objetivo estructurar el espacio público por
medio de un proyecto urbano paisajístico, diseñando un parque lineal a través de componentes
ambientales, culturales y necesidades de los habitantes.
El diseño de proyección se basa en el concepto de ramificación, la cual tiene como fundamento resolver
la carencia de espacio público. La metodología aplicada se basa en tres etapas, la primera consiste en el
análisis del sector en tres escalas, área de estudio, área de intervención y área de influencia. La segunda
etapa es un rastreo de referentes y normativas con relación al espacio público. La tercera etapa es la
identificación de estrategias para el diseño del parque lineal, y como última etapa el diseño del parque
lineal en el área de intervención.
Este proyecto toma la recuperación del espacio urbano como la oportunidad que da de generar espacio
público a partir de una estrategia de intervención, la propuesta se centra en el diseño del parque lineal,
para potencializar, mejorar y revitalizar el sector de San Francisco y así mejorar el entorno ambiental,

Resumen : The development of business practices, have as main objective to support the technical
structuring of the diagnostic project of educational institutions in the undersecretary of
planning and educational development of the municipality of San José de Cúcuta, the
educational institutions are distributed in the different communes of the city, to which
different processes are applied according to their conditions, taking as a fundamental part
the consolidation of information in order to give a diagnosis of the current infrastructure of
educational institutions, both rural and urban, in such a way that way to allow architecturally
projecting solutions and/or prioritizing the institutions for possible terminations both by the
municipality and by cooperation.
The educational institutions are projected within specific processes of the environment,
starting with problems according to the conditions of the covid-19 but then moving on to
some parameters governed by the state in terms of the return to face-to-face, managing
the guidelines and components applied in the Municipal Development Plan 2020-2023.
Descripción : El desarrollo de las prácticas empresariales, tienen como objetivo principal realizar un
apoyo a la estructuración técnica del proyecto de diagnóstico de las instituciones
educativas en la subsecretaría de planeación y desarrollo educativo del municipio san José
de Cúcuta, las instituciones educativas se encuentran distribuidas en las diferentes
comunas de la ciudad, a las cuales se les aplican diferentes procesos acorde a sus
condiciones, tomando como parte fundamental la consolidación de la información con el
fin de dar un diagnóstico de la infraestructura actual de las instituciones educativas, tanto
rurales como urbanas, de tal manera permitir proyectar arquitectónicamente soluciones
y/o priorizar las instituciones para posibles terminaciones tanto del municipio como por
cooperación.
Las instituciones educativas, están proyectadas dentro de unos procesos específicos del
entorno, iniciando con problemáticas de acuerdo a las condiciones del covid-19 pero luego
pasando a unos parámetros regidos por el estado en cuanto a el retorno a la
presencialidad, manejando los lineamientos y componentes aplicados en el Plan de
