    dc.descriptionLa Alcaldía Municipal de Cucutilla, como entidad pública y del estado de la rama ejecutiva la cual cumple diversas funciones como ayudar a fortalecer los sistemas de control internos que se encargan de la regulación del funcionamiento de sus dependencias y procesos; atender y orientar a los ciudadanos según corresponda para ayudarlos a llevar a cabo cualquier trámite o proceso que necesiten con la mayor eficiencia posible; garantizar a los habitantes el acceso a los servicios que mejoren su calidad de vida. Ya cuenta con un sistema de gestión en proceso de maduración, certificado y con avances importantes en el componente cultural enmarcado en los requisitos de la Norma ISO 9001:2015, además se encuentra en proceso de implementación de la Norma ISO 45001:2018, y del Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión; pero es importante Diseñar el Sistema Integrado de Gestión conforme a las normas NTC-ISO 9001:2015 y NTC-ISO 45001:2018 y al Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión (MIPG). Todo lo anterior nos permitió desarrollar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la Alcaldía Municipal de Cucutilla con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en las normas y modelo por medio de un formato de observación donde se observa cuáles son las fallas a simple vista, una matriz DOFA para determinar cuáles son los factores internos y externos que afectan o benefician a la alcaldía; y también a la actualización de la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC), Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) y Modelo Integrado de Planeación y Gestión (MIPG) respecto al proceso misional. Ya con dichos resultados se procedió al diseño del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG) que incluye las normas y modelo mencionados anteriormente; y así contar con un plan de acción respecto al diseño del SIG en cada una de las etapas.es_CO
    dc.description.abstractThe Municipal Mayor's Office of Cucutilla, as a public entity and the state of the executive branch, which fulfills various functions such as helping to strengthen the internal control systems that are responsible for regulating the operation of its dependencies and processes; serve and guide citizens as appropriate to help them carry out any procedure or process they need as efficiently as possible; guarantee inhabitants access to services that improve their quality of life. It already has a management system in the process of maturing, certified and with important advances in the cultural component framed in the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard, it is also in the process of implementing the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard, and the Integrated Planning and Management Model; but it is important to Design the Integrated Management System in accordance with the NTC-ISO 9001:2015 and NTC-ISO 45001:2018 standards and the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG). All of the above allowed us to develop a diagnosis of the current situation of the Cucutilla Municipal Mayor's Office with respect to compliance with the requirements established in the standards and model through an observation format where the failures are observed at a glance, a SWOT matrix to determine which are the internal and external factors that affect or benefit the mayor's office; and also to update the documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS), the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) and the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG) regarding the mission process. With these results, we proceeded to design the Integrated Management System (SIG) that includes the standards and model mentioned above; and thus have an action plan regarding the design of the SIG in each of the stages.es_CO
