    dc.description.abstractThe objective of business practice is to make a diagnosis of the current situation in which the organization is to contribute to the improvement of the Corporation Social la Fontana IPS, under the direction of a tutor from the University of Pamplona and suggestions of the administrator of the organization. In order to carry out this improvement proposal, the company presented the problems that were presented with the responsibilities of the personnel, where a suggestion and proposal was made to the organization, on a technical instrument that would help the internal processes that is carried out in the company. It is important to note that the responsibilities assigned by the Corporation in the area of my work and the situations lived helped to make the proposal to formalize the organizational structure and its functions manual. The proposal is an intrinsic tool of any company for its correct functioning, where it was not formalized in the company as it is new in the market and is going through the growth stage.es_CO
