Canine mastocytoma is one of the skin neoplasms with the highest incidence in canines. The biological behavior is difficult to predict and in terms of their clinical presentation they are masses of variable size, with an alopecic or hairy area, erythematous with or without ulceration, which leads to being confused with non-neoplastic lesions. In this report, a clinical case of a 6- year-old male canine will be presented, with the presence of two skin masses, corresponding to an alopecic mass of seven (7) cm in diameter located in the lateral part of the right forelimb (MAD) in the forearm region and another in the lumbosacral region. Among the tests performed are hematological analysis, blood chemistry, abdominal ultrasound, cytology and histopathology, the results of which allowed determining the type of neoplasm and the course of the disease. Treatment consisted of surgical removal of the neoplasm and chemotherapy to prevent recurrence and metastasis to other organs. Currently the evolution of the patient has been favorable and continues in medical check-ups from time to time.es_CO
