Abstract

The central objective of the document was to carry out the design of the ISO 9001 and ISO 30401 Integrated Management System of GECYAMCO, a consulting company in the Knowledge Based Services (SBC) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) sector specifically for consulting, auditing, training, and certification of technical skills. To carry out this project, the planning of the quality management and knowledge management system of a company SBC, KPC was established. Starting with a diagnosis and gap analysis of the organization with the ISO 9001 and ISO 30401 requirements. Then the design of the ISO 9001 and ISO 30401 integrated management system was established, indicating the information documented and preserved by the integrated requirements. Subsequently, the analysis of the context and identification of the knowledge management scheme was carried out, generating the "Organizational knowledge management procedure". Considering that the transfer of knowledge is not only within the organization, the "Knowledge management procedure for GECYAMCO clients" was also generated, which includes the best practices for the management and dissemination of knowledge in GECYAMCO client companies, as well as The Characterization of the knowledge transfer process to clients was also carried out. Finally, a validation of the generated documents was carried out
