| es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | INTRODUCTION: This work includes a literature review that aims to analyze the effectiveness of Teaccc intervention methods with the Dendever model in children with autism spectrum disorder for the acquisition of language and communication skills development. METHODS: This systematic review included studies evaluating the effectiveness of the Teacch and Denver methods. A PICO question and a selection of articles were formulated following the prism methodology framework and a bibliometric analysis of the articles. RESULTS: The articles were subjected to selection, screening and inclusion phases following the PRISMA flow diagram, resulting in 11 articles that answered the research question: ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: The analyzed studies show a high level of evidence. Scientific and experimental research designs providing positive effects of these intervention methods, improving not only the development of children in communication and language, but also the well-being of families. CONCLUSIONS: The studies reported that the TEACCH and Denver methodology can be effective in improving the child's development in aspects of communication skills, language, social skills, imitation, creating greater independence and reducing symptoms of autism. | es_CO |
