dc.description | Actualmente existe literatura relacionada a temas de investigación, como la ingeniería de requisitos y la gestión de proyectos, este cuerpo del conocimiento contribuye en la formalización del proceso para la captura de requisitos. No obstante, hay aspectos relevantes que deben ser considerados durante la recolección de requisitos en proyectos asociados a las redes WLAN. El manejo de estas consideraciones para el diseño de una red WLAN, los criterios de aceptación y la formalidad de la captura de requisitos, motivó a la elaboración de un modelo que garantice la definición apropiada de las necesidades de los interesados para lograr el éxito de los proyectos en redes WLAN. Conforme al estado del arte construido en esta investigación y al aporte de varias empresas e instituciones en las que se ejecutan proyectos de redes WLAN, se diseñó un modelo debidamente validado para capturar requisitos en implementaciones de redes WLAN, demostrando sus ventajas y desventajas con relación a la identificación, documentación y gestión de las necesidades de los interesados. | es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | Currently there is literature related to research topics, such as requirements engineering and project management, this body of knowledge contributes to the formalization of the process for capturing requirements. However, there are relevant aspects that should be considered during the collection of requirements in projects associated with WLAN networks. The management of these considerations for the design of a WLAN network, the acceptance criteria and the formality of the capture of requirements, motivated the development of a model that guarantees the appropriate definition of the needs of the stakeholders to achieve the success of the projects in WLAN networks. According to the state of the art built in this research, and to the contribution of several companies and institutions in which WLAN network projects are executed, a duly validated model was designed to capture requirements in WLAN deployments, demonstrating its advantages and disadvantages in relation to the identification, documentation and management of the needs of the interested parties. | es_CO |
