Abstract

The Piedemonte Araucano Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, private, union and corporate entity that aims to maintain the commercial registry of merchants and commercial establishments, as well as the registry of all acts, books and documents, in addition to keeping a Unique registry of proponents and non-profit entities, in accordance with the statutes and other legal and regulatory provisions. The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce is the entity in charge of overseeing the fulfillment of the functions of the Chambers of Commerce throughout the country.

During the time of the practice carried out in the Business Development area of the organization, carry out different support activities in programs, trainings, in the planning of projects carried out by the area, among other activities carried out. I also supported in different activities that were carried out in the other areas of the entity, where I could acquire more in-depth information about the entity, and this allowed me to make a diagnosis where some shortcomings of the entity and some areas were evidenced, hence the proposal for improvement in the area of business development of the Chamber of Commerce of Piedemonte Araucano arises.
