Tratamientos fonoaudiológicos en telefonoaudiología. Una revisión sistemática.

Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Telemedicine in rehabilitation promises to be an effective and useful tool in the provision of services in the field of phonoaudiology. The objective of the systematic review was to identify phonoaudiology treatments using tele-audiology. METHODS: This research was developed under a descriptive qualitative approach, using the COCHRANE methodology, the literature was thoroughly searched and the methodological quality of the articles was assessed using the National Institute for health and clinical excellence (NICE) method. RESULTS: Most of the articles found are categorized in the third level of evidence and grade of recommendation D. ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: In phonoaudiology, the use of ICT is the field related to Telerehabilitation and has required the development of the digital competence CONCLUSIONS: The implementation of information and communication technologies in the health area has allowed people who don't have the basic resources, to have access to the provision of services.
