    dc.descriptionINTRODUCCIÓN: Sepropone develar el significado que tienen las competencias profesionales en Fonoaudiología desde la perspectiva de los Usuarios Finales que han recibido servicios Fonoaudiológicos a través de las diferentes instituciones donde se oferta. METODOS: En esta investigación se abordaron principios fenomenológicos desarrollados mediante tres fases denominadas EPOJÉ, REDUCCIÓN TRASCENDENTAL utilizando la herramienta de análisis Gephi 0.9.2 Y SINTESIS que permite el análisis de datos obtenidos. RESULTADOS: En la fase EPOJÉ se realizó la codificación INVIVO de 24 entrevistas ejecutada en el Software Atlas.ti el cual permite el análisis e interpretación cualitativa de la información suministrada por los actores sociales, donde se obtuvo un total de 500 códigos. Posteriormente para la fase de REDUCCIÓN TRASCENDENTAL se analizaron los datos, obteniendo para este momento un total de 330 códigos y en el segundo momento se aplicaron los procedimientos estadísticos eliminando permanentemente las Noesis que no se encontraban unidas al eje central por su baja intencionalidad, para un total de 313 códigos concretados en la SÍNTESIS. ANÁLISIS Y DISCUSIÓN: Se basa en la fenomenología trascendental que permite percibir y describir las intencionalidades de los Usuarios Finales frente al fenómeno de las competencias profesionales del fonoaudiólogo, reflejados en los nueve noemas resultantes, los cuales describen la profundidad de las idas, pensamientos y significados que le conceden los Usuarios Finales. CONCLUSIONES: Los usuarios finales reconocen que el rol del fonoaudiólogo es indispensable y que a su vez debe conformar equipo con las disciplinas terapéuticas propiciando la atención integral y garantizando avances positivos en sus familiares.es_CO
    dc.description.abstractINTRODUCTION: It is proposed to unveil the meaning of professional skills in Speech Therapy from the perspective of End Users who have received Speech Therapy services through the different institutions where it is offered. METHODS: In this research, phenomenological principles developed through three phases called EPOJÉ, TRANSCENDENTAL REDUCTION using the Gephi 0.9.2 analysis tool, and SYNTHESIS were approached, which allows the analysis of data obtained. RESULTS: In the EPOJÉ phase, the INVIVO coding of 24 interviews was carried out in the Atlas.ti Software, which allows the analysis and qualitative interpretation of the information provided by the social actors, where a total of 500 codes were obtained. Subsequently, for the TRANSCENDENTAL REDUCTION phase, the data were analyzed, obtaining for this moment a total of 330 codes and in the second moment, statistical procedures were applied permanently eliminating the Noesis that were not linked to the central axis due to their low intentionality, for a total of 313 codes specified in the SYNTHESIS. ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: It is based on the transcendental phenomenology that allows to perceive and describe the intentions of the End Users in the face of the phenomenon of the professional competences of the speech therapist, reflected in the nine resulting noemas, which describe the depth of the comings, thoughts and meanings granted by End Users. CONCLUSIONS: End users recognize that the role of the speech therapist is essential and that in turn they must form a team with therapeutic disciplines, promoting comprehensive care and guaranteeing positive advances in their families.es_CO
