Abstract

The planning office of the university of Pamplona whose mission is to advise, innovate, with quality standards that support decision-making in institutional processes, through modern planning tools. Dependency in which the present professional practice was carried out and in which the proposal for improvement was made and implemented, analysis and implementation of economic technical studies in the requests of institutional needs of the University of Pamplona, projected by the Office of Planning, in which the different activities proposed were carried out, as were the identification of the characteristics of the processes belonging to the process map of the institution, followed by the pertinent analysis of the pre-investment phases, which allow to give way to the approval of the required good or service. To finalize the form is created for economic technical studies and its respective instructions which is subject to changes.
