Elaboración de un manual guía de procesos para los proyectos financiados por el Fondo Emprender, en cuanto a los requisitos y las características que debe contener la información contable, tributaria y financiera presentada mensualmente.

Abstract

The managerial practice that can be chosen as option of degree for the culmination of the university studies, is a space where the student starts landing the knowledge acquired and formed in the time of the development of his stage of pregrado. In the time of execution of the practice it is necessary to implement an offer of improvement, which allows to generate change that positive impacts show in the companies where the labors assigned as assistants are realized. The development of this offer of improvement initiates with a recognition of the company, having a notion of which they are the services offered by LACC, his beginning, mission, vision and all the rest complements that a corporate image must have for this type of company; the report possesses an analysis of internal as external factors, determining which are his strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities, having a notion of the positioning that has the company; additional to this also a chronogram of activities took form in order to show a major optimization of the time during which the process of the practice developed. The condition was analyzed of how the processes are executed inside the company, knowing that did not have implemented the process manuals, which allow to standardize the activities that are realized inside the normal draft of the business. Several models of manuals appeared according to the most daily activities that they are seen inside the projects that are financed on the part of the National Service Of Learning and the bottom to undertake. Finally there was applied a model simulated on the manuals of formed processes and the reality of the situation at the moment of realizing someone of the activities raised inside the process manuals of the advised projects.
