    dc.description.abstractIn the pages of this document will find the result of business practices carried ll half of 2015 in the area of technological support, specifically in the agreement that the University of Pamplona have with the Auditor General of the Republic "AGR" for virtual courses Update the departmental officials, Municipal and District comptroller. The professionals assigned as virtual tutors lack training in the departments issued through virtual environments because it is a new mechanism of education implemented by educational institutions and companies now seeking help develop personal and professional skills of its employees to through training that they will not generate additional cost but allows them to grow intellectually. That is why the proposal is focused on the creation of a counseling module for virtual tutors which contains guidelines, activities and tips for tutors through their knowledge motivate course participants to comply with all activities the approval of the course, but more than that tutors should encourage them to learn, to acquire new skills to enable them do a better job in each of the roles played by students in their respective entities.es_CO
