Diseño de una guía para el manejo y control de inventarios en activos fijos de la Cámara de Comercio de Pamplona.

Abstract

The report shows the performance in the Chamber of Commerce of Pamplona during my business practice, making known the historical review, the dependencies that it has, the people who work there, corporate aspects, which functions are those performed by each official, know what is the purpose of this company and for which it was created, among others. Speaking mainly of the financial management dependence where I develop my professional practice supporting the functions that it develops and in the same way make a SWOT which allowed me to see the opportunities, weaknesses, strengths and threats that this unit has, this analysis allowed me to know what proposal will be the most accepted to leave implemented in the Chamber, choose to design a guide for a better control of inventories in fixed assets. This means reviewing the codes that were formerly located and reviewing in the system which no longer exists and which are in force, and with this, making a physical inventory of what is in the new headquarters in order to give proper management to the assets. In this way I contribute with my knowledge to the company developing this work, in the part of the organization of the assets so that when they make new purchases, damages, deteriorations, depreciations, have clear how they should make the respective records.
