Abstract

The company is currently with a sanction monetary or remunerated, since it has not reported the update of this information in the course of the year 2010-2015. This degree work, is aimed at the elaboration and implementation of a process manual for the load information financial before the single information system of public services of the company EMPOPAMPLONA S.A E.S.P, for the preparation of this manual was taken as reference the annex N.SSPD - 20101300048765 resolution on 14-12-2010 issued by the Superintendency of public services where all the information about the formats of the financial, commercial, technical and administrative, topical which the company must report in a short time. Also with this proposed is want that the company charge the information by itself same and not hire to third people to meets with this function. In the course of the year 2016 it company has reported to the Superintendency of services public home the Plan of accounting, accounts by charge, accounts by pay, accounts by charge services public sector official and sector services public, composition of income operational of the years 2014 and 2015.
