Abstract

Servicusiana SAS is a company dedicated to the provision of liquid and dry cargo service, which is located in Tauramena Casanare, in this entity the business practice was developed, where it was sought to leave an improvement for this reason a procedure manual was designed for the legalization of purchases and expenses. The first step is to know the company in a general way in order to develop a diagnosis focused on the area in which the activities of the practice are developed for this occasion is the accounting and billing department, based on the diagnosis the improvement proposal is generated For the entity, according to the results, there is a lack of a support tool for the accounting area in terms of the legalization of purchases and expenses, which is why the need to create a procedures manual arises . In order to build it, activities were carried out, initially a study of the entity was carried out to know its processes documents through the process map, each of them is evidenced and the absence of the purchasing and expenses procedure, creating the need for a tool support. A series of evaluations were carried out to determine the level of knowledge that the employees had of the process of legalization of purchases and expenses of Servicusiana SAS, this evaluation was done through surveys and interviews with the workers where they yielded some results with which possible risks are determined and strategies are proposed to mitigate them. Finally, a mechanism is created in which the activities that employees must develop to legalize purchases and expenses are described in detail, as well as the necessary supporting documents and the responsibilities of each of those involved in the activity. Based on the above, the manual of procedures to legalize how and expenses of Servicusiana SAS was developed, which was delivered by the practitioner to the company, leaving a help tool in the entity
